01 Silicon wafer grabbing and identification

 In the fully automatic chip insertion machine equipment, Lanbao CR12/18X_Y series capacitive sensors are installed on the suction cups to identify the effective grasping of silicon wafers.  The CR12/18X_Y series has a long detection distance and can detect stably even if the silicon wafer is warped.  With excellent EMC characteristics, it can easily cope with radiation and interference in automated equipment and achieve stable detection of silicon wafers.

02 Trigger flower basket lifting mechanism

The CE05 series capacitive sensor is used to detect the position of the silicon chip on the tongue, and sends a signal to trigger the flower basket lifting structure to move upward to complete the insertion of the silicon chip.  The CE05 series is equipped with a high-precision potentiometer, which can accurately adjust the distance and save the installation personnel's debugging time. It has front and side outlet, buried and non-buried and other specifications to choose from to meet the different installation needs of customers.

03 Silicon wafer passes identification

The fully automatic suction wafer loading machine also puts the silicon wafers from the stacking box into the transmission track through the suction cup. Lanbao CE05 flat square capacitive series sensors are installed in each track to identify the passing of the silicon wafers.

04 Silicon wafer identification solution installed above the conveyor line

In the etching loading and unloading equipment, Lanbao PSE-PM series polarizing photoelectric is installed above the conveyor line to identify the arrival of the silicon wafer and trigger the conveyor line. The product responds quickly and is not affected by the color and gloss of the silicon wafer surface, ensuring that the conveyor line efficient operation.
