Working Principle: High-frequency microwave is used to transmit the inspected grain, and based on the relationship between the grain moisture content and the degree of moisture absorption of microwaves, the moisture content of the grain in the inspected area is accurately assessed, and the moisture content of the grain in the inspected area is measured by the weighing method.Calculate the volume-to-weight ratio of the inspected grain. The instrument consists of two parts: an industrial computer and a host computer. The status and test results can be clearly displayed through the touch screen of the industrial computer, and relevant parameters can be easily set through the touch screen. The instrument and PLC use Ethernet communication and standard Modbus-TCP protocol to conduct fully automatic detection and automatically release the inspected grain without residue. Characteristic: The moisture meter can perform non-destructive, real-time moisture analysis and volume-to-weight ratio testing on four major types of grains (wheat, rice, corn, and soybeans) in the range of 0℃-50℃. The detection speed is fast and the accuracy is high. Insensitive to differences in the origin of grains. Has a high dynamic range: 5%-25%.
